Our editorial decisions — what we cover, how we score it, and what we recommend — are made independently of any advertising or affiliate relationship.

What we will never do

• Accept payment in exchange for a positive review or higher score.
• Publish a fabricated review, test result, rating or testimonial.
• Claim hands-on testing for a product we haven't actually tested.
• Invent specifications, prices or availability data.
• Let an advertiser or affiliate partner see or influence a review before publication.

How we label evidence

Every review carries one of four labels — Hands-On Tested, Lab Tested, Researched, or Compared — describing exactly how we evaluated the product. SeeHow We Review for what each means.
